All party packages include private studio rental, all set up & clean up, an activity to choose from & an instructor.

Weekend Party Slots

Standard events are 90 minutes long. For party sizes of 15 guests or more, we strongly urge you to reserve an additional 30 minutes to make it a 2 hour party. To reserve your party date, please click here. Once on the next page, you can see which dates and times are available on our calendar.

10:00 am - 11:30 am (may upgrade to 2 hour event)

Party Themes & Activities

We offer a variety of popular and on trend themes for both boys and girls to choose from. Most party themes can be designed to accommodate a co-ed party group. All of our events are private with no one else sharing the space with you. Whether its a super chic “girly girl” event or an “all-star sports” theme, we’ve got you covered! Our parties are far from typical. We specialize in gorgeous custom table styling with high quality paper products that are sure to get some attention from your guests. We work closely with you to curate a hassle free event. Listed below are some of our most popular “signature” themes. Please keep in mind that this is just a small sampling of what we are capable of. If you don’t see something you like, simply call or email us and we will help customize something special just for you! Please note if selecting a theme outside our “signature” themes there will be a additional charge added for customization depending on complexity of design. Book Your Party

Thank you for choosing La Dee Da! We are so excited to work with you. Events are La Dee Da are either designed as 90 minutes or 2 hours based on your party package. All events are private with no one else sharing the space with you. We offer several convenient time slots for private parties on Saturday and Sunday. Once you have checked our calendar for available dates, please fill out the private party reservation form and acknowledge our policies. We charge an initial deposit to reserve a spot exclusively for you. This deposit goes towards securing your date, securing the staffing, as well as planning your custom event and goes towards your final invoice. You will be guided through our secure reservation process and will receive a confirmation email soon after. It is our goal to provide your child and guests with the best party going experience and you a hassle free planning experience. Kindly help us by adhering to a few simple guidelines. How it Works

  1. Parties are either 90-minutes or 2 hours, based on your party package. Your event will start at the reserved time whether or not all guests have arrived.
  2. We allow party hosts access to the studio up to 10-15 minutes prior to the event. Please note, we need appropriate time to set up and style your custom event as well as adequate time for cleaning and sanitizing in between events.. Any arrival prior to that time is disruptive and will inhibit our productivity. Our doors will remain locked prior to that time.
  3. If you chose to bring outside food/cake/beverages, we suggest you keep it simple and limit to one or 2 items as children tend to eat little at birthdays. We allocate about 20 minutes for eating and cake cutting. There is a $25 fee for bringing your own cake.
  4. We provide a complete custom stylized table with all paper products and decorations for all reserved guests. If providing food for adults, we request you please bring your own paper products and plastic ware. We do provide a complimentary self-service tea, coffee and water station for our higher end packages. Or you can also choose to add a Mimosa Bubbly Bar. Please ask us for details.
  5. In most instances, the party activity chosen can be used in place of a goody bag. However, if you are planning to hand out your own goody bags, please let us know 48 hours prior to the event so we can accommodate this request and add it to the party time line.
  6. All children over 2 are considered guests, whether they participate in all activities or arrive late. Children under 2, who do not participate in the activity, will not be charged, unless the event is for a 1 or 2 year old.
  7. We cannot accommodate more than 20 children and encourage drop-offs for children 5 years and older.
  8. We can accommodate up to 12 adults per 10 children. Additional adults will be charged at $10/child. 
  9. Our parties are in very high-demand. For this reason your party deposit in non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date based on availability or transferred to a camp credit.
  10. All cancellation requests MUST be made in writing by emailing [email protected]
  11. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance that requires you to change the date or time, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate another party slot by applying the initial deposit to a future date with a $35 change fee and as long as we have a minimum of 2 week written notice. Please understand that it is not possible for us to fill a spot reserved for you less than 2 weeks prior to your event.
  12. Any events cancelled after the Wednesday leading up to your event due to COVID-19 or any other situation will be responsible for all expenses occurred up to the point of contact which includes loss of wages for our staff members. Minimum cancellation fee is $75.
  13. The balance of your payment is due the day before your event. Sorry, but we cannot reserve your spot without a secured initial deposit.
